As a HR professional should be aware the tools implementing and getting more effective results to team. 

As personal reflection of this blog is, what are ever the working pattern in the organization which have facilitated, employer should be ensure the employees having mental and physical health as well by achieving organization goals. To build an effective remote work team organization should be invested in those peoples as well as in the office team also. Because the organization should be equally treated to all members without favour and bias. Further the HR department should provide the training session, make and communicate the policies regarding the remote work pattern etc.  Referring that employee and employer can choose the effective work pattern for both parties as required.
